* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph
possible. Local gusts to 70 mph below the San Gorgonio Pass.

* WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will weaken and become more localized
into tomorrow as winds become more easterly.
