* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph
expected. Strongest winds on mountain foothills, with gusts to 65
mph expected.

* WHERE...Riverside County Mountains.

* WHEN...Until midnight PDT Saturday Night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will be strongest this afternoon through
early evening. Winds become more easterly tomorrow.
